Lucas earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Shepherd University and his Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate at the University of Florida. With over ten years of experience as a registered nurse, he has worked in diverse settings, including acute adult psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, medical/surgical/telemetry nursing, and home health care. His leadership experience as a charge nurse and nurse manager further enhances his ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
As a U.S. Army combat veteran, Lucas brings a deep understanding of the unique needs of the veteran community, offering specialized support and expertise.
